Each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning our friends arrive at 10 a.m. We begin our day with a social hour. Our tables are always set with white tablecloths and fresh flowers. We enjoy a light morning snack of fruit, muffins, coffee and tea, while visiting with friends and volunteers. Then we move on to current events, trivia and jokes.

Our exercise time takes place between 11 and 11:30 a.m. On Tuesdays, we are led in yoga by Central’s senior minister, Rev. Michael, who is also a certified yoga instructor. On Thursdays, we offer a chair exercise class designed by exercise physiologists at Ability Rehab. On Fridays, we practice Tai Chi with Bob Wells, Tai Chi instructor for the Yellow River Tai Chi for Parkinson’s Center.

Lunch is served at 12:00 p.m. Our delicious and nutritious meal is catered by Piccadilly each day. Lunch is followed by dessert and coffee or hot tea.

A one hour musical performance begins after lunch, featuring a wide variety of musicians from the local community. Our music ranges from bluegrass to classical. Dancing often ensues!

At 2:00 p.m., Plymouth Harbor’s game hour begins. Each day we offer multiple game options, generally including an active game and a table game. Most days we also play Bingo, with a chance to win prizes!

Our program concludes at 3:00 p.m.
